The Brightest Bloom Gala is our signature event for The Full Bloom Scholarship Fund, which removes financial barriers by covering college admissions and enrollment fees, empowering students to begin higher education with confidence.

With over a decade in higher ed, she’s the connector-in-chief—forging authentic partnerships, advocating for the underserved, and ensuring every moving part lands exactly where it should.
Whether she’s untangling the fine print of educational policy, troubleshooting campus-wide challenges, or crafting the perfect tone in a high-stakes email, Jaleah is always five steps ahead and still makes time to ask how your student is doing. Authentic. Innovative. Strategic. But she’s more than a systems thinker; she’s a firestarter for change within them. A chief problem solver and a polymath, Jaleah moves fluidly between ministry, merchandise, and academic strategy.
